For those needing a higher level of care, ClearHorizon offers intensive outpatient services designed to provide structured and comprehensive treatment. This service includes multiple sessions per week, focusing on group therapy, individual counseling, and education, evidence-based programming to address substance use challenges, and flexibility to balance treatment with work, school, and family responsibilities.
Substance Abuse Intensive Case Management Services
ClearHorizon’s case management services ensure clients receive the support they need for sustained recovery.
